Dana Chestnut

Dana Chestnut, an executive leader in sales, marketing, and business development, excels in creating strategies for loan growth and enhancing community impact. Formerly First Vice President at SunTrust Bank Community Development Lending, he expanded the lending platform across the Southeast, focusing on developments in underserved neighborhoods. At Washington Mutual Bank, as First Vice President and Southeast Regional Manager of Community Development Banking, he supervised sales and mentored a team across Atlanta, Orlando, and Miami. With over 25 years in finance, Chestnut has overseen the financing or underwriting of projects exceeding $5 billion, emphasizing affordable housing and tax-exempt bond financing. He’s an Economics graduate from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.

King V. Cheek III embodies the pinnacle of industry leadership with over 26 years in the construction sector. His expertise in municipal construction is highlighted by his management of key projects for the NYC Metro Transit Authority, complemented by bespoke residential initiatives, each executed with meticulous precision and commitment to excellence. A notable facet of King’s professional journey is his involvement in disaster recovery construction. Having led projects in St. Croix and Puerto Rico, he showcased a profound ability to manage complex, high-priority endeavors in diverse settings, emphasizing his versatility in the field. King’s multifaceted experience highlights his adaptability, ensuring project delivery that aligns with the rigorous demands of the contemporary construction landscape. Proficient in offering business consulting and project management services, he specializes in supporting businesses within logistics, international trade, construction, renewable energy, and real estate. His services encompass contract negotiation, relationship cultivation, partnership creation, and securing funding for client ventures. With his unique insights, Mr. Niblack guides organizational leadership in the implementation of strategies designed to yield maximum return on investment. Jonathan is a proud graduate of Morehouse College.

Gregory West is a finance executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience leading high performing teams. He has a wealth of experience working with start-ups, high growth firms, and turnarounds across various industries. After working years in media and communications, Gregory joined global accounting and consulting firm Arthur Andersen, LLP as a Manager. Years later, he joined Crawford Communications, Inc. (now Encompass Digital Media), as the Controller and later the Vice President, Finance where he guided the company and affiliated entities to record profitability. After a decade with Emory University, Gregory returned to his entrepreneurial roots to provide C-Suite consulting services. He provides interim Controller and CFO services with executive and hands-on expertise of finance, accounting operations, treasury, administrative functions, restructuring, mergers and acquisition. Gregory graduated from Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and completed graduate work in accounting and financial management.
